Sarah Key Introduces Her Updated and Relaunched Webinars to The Problem Back Masterclasses 2025.

These are Moodle-based online classes held in conjunction with face-to-face Practical Adjuncts in Australia and the UK (additional destinations in prospect).
The aim of The Problem Back Masterclasses is to upskill physiotherapists (and osteopaths, chiropractors, general practitioners) in the understanding of the basic biosciences of spinal anatomy and biomechanics.
Central to the learning outcomes is understanding the physiology of the intervertebral disc and the cascade of decline that happens when this important core structure passes from initial benign stiffness - usually generated by incidental injury of the disc's outer annulus - on to further, less-reversible degenerative stages of the motion segment.
Sarah Key's Masterclasses also teach the first essentials of the Sarah Key Treatment Method - both in spinal mobilisation techniques and self-treatment techniques for patients to do at home.
