Sarah Key: Beat That Back Pain

Hello All,

This is the work of many months; amalgamating five different websites (yes that’s right - four too many). There’s an enormous amount of information here (about 180 pages). So pull up a chair - a comfy one, preferably with a pillow in the back - and read at your leisure.

You might ask why? What’s the difference between a website and a Substack platform?

The big difference is that Substack is interactive and immediate. For example, last week I did a podcast on three different patients; case histories of people I’d seen that day with three very different stories.

It’s immediate and interactive from your end too. You can ask me questions in the Comments or in Chat sections of my Substack page and I can respond. It’s like a two-way conversation, whereas in my books and website I’m talking into the ether.

Usually I respond in a podcast, since a question from one person is often of interest to hundreds and everyone can have the benefit of that.
