I have been doing the backblock routine for years having bought your book Body in Action when it was first released.
I have recently been diagnosed with a small inguinal hernia after some heavy lifting. ( I should know better at my age)
The doctor says it it too small to be worried about repair at this stage
My question: is it OK to continue with the backblock routine including legs passing and reverse curl ups.
Will this strengthen the region or make the hernia worse.”
