Don't be fooled folks, that the model in the photo here looks EXACTLY like my son Harry (least I don't think it's him . . . . (cometo think of it, he did spend 7 years acting in Bollywood!)
Thanks Sarah. I take your point about sit-ups. Are you happy with roll-ups which are more controlled? I hope so, as we do these a lot in Pilates and I very much have the feeling that they are helpful and good for the back.
Yes, they ARE more controlled but no, they still exert enormous bearing-down pressure on the pelvic floor. See if you just can’t persuade the teacher to swap to reverse curl-ups every time.
